1. Scope of This Service

These Terms apply to paid participation in the OutloopAI National AI Challenge and related digital services. Participation is subject to the separate Challenge Rules & Scoring and Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which must be made accessible before payment.

1. About OutloopAI

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OutloopAI Paid National AI Challenge. “OutloopAI”, “we”, “us” or “our” means MSI Consulting Group, having its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. “You” or “user” means the individual or entity using the service.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the service, creating an account where required, or using the applicable service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies that form part of the service framework. Where the law or our process requires affirmative acceptance, continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent legally permitted.

You must provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably current.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

3. Eligibility

Eligibility depends on the service. You may use the service only if you are legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement and satisfy any age, geography or programme-specific conditions published at the point of entry.

For any age-restricted or minor participation rule, the published eligibility requirement controls.

Where a programme has country, residency, age or other eligibility requirements, those requirements will be disclosed before entry.

4. Account and Security

Use your own account and do not share credentials where account sharing is prohibited.

Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access or security incidents involving your account.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, the integrity of an assessment/competition, or compliance with law.

5. Intellectual Property

The OutloopAI name, trademarks, website/app interfaces, assessment and competition materials, question banks, scoring methodology, software, graphics and other platform content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except where law expressly permits it.

6. User Content and Submissions

Where the service allows you to submit prompts, answers, project materials, work samples or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your original content to the extent you have rights in it. You grant OutloopAI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce and display User Content only as necessary to operate, assess, verify, secure and improve the relevant service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any specific competition rules.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload confidential, personal or third-party information unless you are authorised to do so.

We may remove or restrict content that violates law, these Terms, or the applicable rules.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to commit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing acts.

Do not attack, disrupt, probe, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted by law or written permission.

Do not upload malware, malicious code, harmful files or content that creates an unreasonable security risk.

Do not attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, eligibility, reviews or other outcomes.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable OutloopAI Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data collected, purposes, rights, retention, sharing and complaint mechanisms.

9. AI and Third-Party Tools

OutloopAI may use third-party hosting, identity, analytics, payment, communication, AI or other service providers. Your use of an external provider may also be governed by that provider’s terms. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or continued operation of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security measures, outages, third-party failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

11. Results and No Outcome Guarantee

Any assessment score, competition result, profile, ranking, percentile or other output reflects the information and performance captured under the relevant rules at the applicable time. It does not by itself establish mastery, professional competence, employability, job performance, income, promotion, employer acceptance or any other guaranteed real-world outcome.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through reasonable means. The updated effective date will be shown on the published version. Where renewed acceptance is legally or operationally required, we will request it before continued use of the affected service.

13. Fees and Payment

Any price, applicable taxes and compulsory charges will be shown before payment. Payment is processed through the payment method made available at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by law, access to a paid service begins according to the published fulfilment conditions after successful payment.

Users should review the price, taxes/charges, refund terms and competition rules before completing payment.

Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider subject to that provider’s terms and security controls.

14. National AI Challenge — Additional Terms

Participation in the National AI Challenge is subject to the separate Challenge Rules & Scoring document. Those rules govern eligibility, attempt conditions, challenge stages, permitted tools, integrity controls, scoring, ranking where applicable, finalist verification, appeals and disqualification.

The Rules & Scoring document is incorporated by reference for competition participation.

If a conflict arises, the competition-specific rule controls the competition mechanic and these Terms control the broader contractual relationship, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any statement about prizes, rewards, recognition, ranking or certification is valid only to the extent expressly published and legally permitted.

PAID COMPETITION LEGAL GATE

The final paid-entry mechanics, rewards/prizes, ranking and any other consideration connected to the competition require Indian legal classification and counsel sign-off before launch. This document does not itself determine whether the offering falls within any regulated gaming or e-sports category.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, rule enforcement, non-payment, serious misuse, legal compliance or protection of the service or other users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue, subject to urgency and applicable law.

16. Disclaimers

Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that content, scores, recommendations or third-party information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutloopAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the service. Any financial limitation of liability should be finalised by counsel based on the applicable entity, service and consumer-law requirements; consumer statutory rights are not intended to be waived.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the service, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights caused by your User Content or conduct.

19. Complaints and Grievance

Complaints, service issues and policy concerns may be raised through info@outloopai.com. We will provide a complaint or ticket reference where our process requires it and will handle grievances according to applicable law and the published grievance mechanism.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you. Courts/authorities at [CITY, STATE], India will have jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted. Final jurisdiction language should be reviewed by counsel for the contracting entity.

23. Pre-Payment Disclosure

Display the participant price and any compulsory taxes/charges in a clear manner before payment.

Provide the applicable payment methods and any relevant restrictions.

Provide direct access to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Challenge Rules & Scoring before payment.

Provide support/grievance contact details and the means to raise a complaint.

Do not describe the payment as purchasing a guaranteed rank, prize, job, certification or employment outcome.

24. Paid Entry and Competition Access

Successful payment does not override eligibility or integrity rules. We may refuse or suspend access where the user is ineligible, payment is reversed or fraudulent, an account is materially compromised, or competition-integrity rules require intervention. Any refund consequence is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

25. Competition Results and Verification

Structured responses may be scored using predefined rules. Where the competition includes an applied/build stage, finalist verification or human review, the competition result will reflect those rules. Ranking or percentile may be published only where the applicable competition form and comparison group support it.

26. No Guaranteed Recognition or Outcome

Participation, qualification or a competition result does not guarantee a job, interview, promotion, income, employer acceptance, academic credit, certification, public recognition or future selection unless an express and legally valid written offer states otherwise.

27. Disputes and Appeals

Competition-specific disputes and appeals should follow the mechanism stated in the Challenge Rules & Scoring. Payment disputes may additionally be raised with the payment provider where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s mandatory statutory remedies.

28. Publication Gate

LEGAL CLASSIFICATION REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH

The paid competition structure must be reviewed by Indian counsel for applicable consumer, payment, tax, data-protection and online-gaming/e-sports requirements. Do not publish final payment, prize/reward or ranking language until the legal classification and mechanics are approved.
